Job Responsibilities - Responsible for developing new business and expanding the existing business in assigned areas
- Identify and approach potential buyers/tenants, involving networking with agents, cold calling, conduct site visits/viewing, negotiation, review sales option/lease documents; to achieve a high quality buyer/tenancy profile.
- Develop long term customer relationships and provide a high level of service to achieve repeat business.
- Perform credit review and manage arrears to minimize dept exposure.
- Ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to in carrying out the responsibilities.
- Devise and implement sales strategies and activities to maximize revenue opportunity
- Ensure proper service delivery to valued clientele
Requirements Degree holder in Real Estate or Marketing preferred Minimum 1-2 years of real estate sales or leasing experience preferred Quick learner, confident, target-driven and able to work independently
