Responsibilities - Provides secretarial and administrative support to the Director of Sales and the sales team
- To consolidate sales, generate sales report and handle sales analysis
- To coordinate on travel arrangements and hotel bookings
- Assist Sales Managers in the coordination of daily operational work
- To perform order management duties in a computerized environment
- Co-ordinate with various department to ensure delivery commitments to customers are fulfilled
- Maintain an updated database of clients profiles
Requirements - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive work attitude and team player
- Diploma holders with at least 2 years’ of relevant experience in clerical and administrative function
- Proficient in MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Effective communicator in both written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Meticulous and organized
- Analytical and good in numbers
- Only Singaporeans or SPR need apply
