Responsibilities - Able to perform Front Office duties like guest check-in, check-out, create reservations, render assistance to our guests and attend to their enquires.
- Provide a high level of customer service to our guests.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, including calls transfer
Requirements - Minimum 1 years of Front Office/Customer Service experience
- Experience in hotel industry would be an added advantage
- Positive work attitude & good communication skill
- Able to work shift, weekends and Public holidays
- Singaporeans & SPR only
