In this exciting role, you will formulate the internationalisation strategy of a particular sector (Lifestyle, Business Services, Electronics Precision Engineering, ICT, Transport & Logistics, Infrastructure Services and Environmental Services) in targeted markets like Southeast Asia, China, India and the Middle East, among others. You will manage and cultivate a close working relationship with Singapore-based companies and assist them to internationalise their businesses.
You will identify and analyse business opportunities for sectors across various geographical markets. Working closely with companies, you will translate these opportunities into viable business propositions overseas through industry roundtables, seminars, exhibitions and overseas business missions.
You should have a recognised degree with 1-3 years of working experience in business development/account management/business consultancy. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for senior position. You should be results-oriented and have good research and analytical skills. You should also possess good communications and organisational skills, be able to work as a team and perform under pressure in a competitive environment.
