Responsibilities:

- Write headlines, edit copy, check facts and design pages for TODAY

- Keep abreast of current affairs

- Project stories effectively

- Use graphics (pictures/illustrations/charts) to draw a reader into a story/page

- Ensure copy is tight and error free 

 

Requirements:

- At least 1 year experience in journalism

- Degree in Journalism, Mass Communications or the Arts and Social Sciences

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Excellent current affairs knowledge

- Possess good analytical skill, initiative and resourcefulness

- Must be prepared to work from 4pm till midnight
