You will be responsible for facilitating and managing international patients’ queries and visits to the Hospital. You will provide a central point of contact for regional patients and their families, including providing assistance and support before, during and after their treatment in the Hospital.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE "O" Level with 5 years' relevant experience or Diploma Holder
A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to organise, prioritise, and schedule work assignments
Experience in a healthcare setting and fluency in Burmese or Arabic would be an advantage
