The ChallengesYou will assist with incoming phone enquiries in the Appointment Centre. You will also assist with contacting patients on their scheduled appointments, which include making, changing or canceling of appointments. You will also handle the Centre Mainline, attend to enquiries and link up telephone connections during the absence of the telephone operator. You will also be trained and deployed to cover frontline outpatients’ service clinic counter when required.
The Requirements · GCE O Level, ITE CBS or equivalent. · Experience in call centre will be an added advantage.
