EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT, NHG POLYCLINICS
The Challenge The successful candidate will assist in the management of the learning and development function. Besides, you will assist in the design and implementation of the overall learning and development framework, policies, systems and processes as well as the formulation, development, implementation and review of effective human resource development strategies and programmes organizational wide. You will also co-ordinate external learning, in-house learning programmes, process payment, invoices, honorarium and reimbursements relating to learning and learning-related matters. In addition, you will track the submission of course evaluation forms, movements of learning equipments such as video camera, laptops, scanner, source and arrange for refreshments. It is also a requirement to assist in the administration of organizational-wide learning needs analysis exercise Requirements · Diploma holder, preferably with a specialisation in human resource · Preferably with a minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in human resource processes, in particular human resource development · Experience in a Healthcare environment is a plus · Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to multi-task · Customer service oriented · Possess a keen learning attitude · Meticulous · Strong project management skills · Proficient in MS Office applications Location: GMTI Building Interested applicants, kindly email a detailed resume including current and expected salaries to recruit@nhgp.com.sg (We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.)
