The Challenges

You will be responsible for the overall administration of the Nursing Department; consisting of 70 personnel, and developing nursing professional standards.

You will develop and promote harmonious working relationships among the nursing personnal with the medical, allied health and administrative staff, and the public at large.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• At least 5 years experience Nurse Manager
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Experience in quality initiatives eg. JCI and Lean will be an advantage
