EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, HEALTH PROMOTION & PREVENTIVE CARE (NHG POLYCLINICS)

Challenges

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Health romotion and Preventive Care Department (HPPC) and Health for Life Unit. You will also support both corporate and community health screening programs as well as other community outreach programs. Duties include compilation of organizational and personal health screening reports for the clients, registration and data entry etc. You will also be responsible for the preparation of reports, letters and memos for the department where necessary.

Requirements

• GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma or its equivalent with 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Pleasant disposition with good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to multitask
