The Challenges: You will manage incoming and outgoing calls in ensuring that customers' queries, appointments and referral of services are answered professionally in accordance with NHG telephone standards. You will also be involved in supporting service operations and deployment to improve customers' experience. Requirements :
- Minimum 'O' levels, diploma holders are welcomed
- Minimum 1 –year professional call centre customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and good telephone etiquette
- Pleasant and cheerful personality
- Passion for service excellence
- Computer literate and good typing skills
- Bilingual and articulate with preference in spoken Mandarin
- A strong team player who can adapt to fast paced and dynamic environment
- Must be willing to work on alternate Saturdays
