Manager/Asst Manager (Research Quality Management & Compliance)

You will be have the opportunity to be part of the Research Quality Management & Compliance department of the NHG Research and Development Office (RDO), which promotes and ensure responsible and proper conduct of clinical research in NHG and other participating institutions that operates on highest ethical standards.

You will be tasked to assist the Executive Director of RDO in developing the NHG Research Quality Management & Compliance Framework that will evaluate the quality level of research in NHG and other participating institutions, and promote the awareness and education of the importance of ensuring highest quality in the conduct of research.  In addition, you will be involved planning the monitoring and audits process of investigator-initiated research studies, conducting and coordinating training programmes related to proper conduct of research for the research community, training clinical research associates to monitor investigator-initiated clinical trials and developing and maintaining policies and procedures pertaining to clinical research.

 

 
 
The Requirements
 
Degree, preferably in Science/ Life Sciences / Health Sciences / Pharmacy / Medicine, from a recognised university.

Relevant experience as a clinical research manager or research administrator would be advantageous.

Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets and databases is essential
 
At least 2 years of experience within clinical research settings.
 
Able to work independently and meticulously.
 
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
