The Primary Care Academy (PCA) was set up to provide continuing professional development for healthcare professionals in primary and community care. Our mission is to be at the forefront in training and development of primary care professionals and the general public so as to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to build a world class healthcare system.

NURSE EDUCATOR, PRIMARY CARE ACADEMY (NHG POLYCLINICS)

Challenges

The successful candidate will required to be the curriculum planner, developer, trainer and contact person on professional nursing matters in Primary Care Academy. Apart from providing nursing expertise to the Director of Primary Care Academy, you will be required to plan and develop relevant training curricula, conducting training courses for nurses, ancillary staff both locally and overseas and also develop and conduct health talks for the public.

You will work with the marketing and sales team in helping to market nursing and ancillary training programmes locally and overseas.

Requirements

• A Registered Nurse with Basic Degree in Nursing/Healthcare Management and at least a Diploma in Training and Development or Human Resource Development.                 
• Experienced in designing training programmes, developing curriculum and clinical teaching
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; creative, proactive, people-oriented and independent;
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications;
• Good language skills in English, both written and spoken, and spoken Mandarin
