Administrative Assistant, Executive Office, Graduate Medical Education
The Challenges
You are to provide clerical, secretarial and administrative support to the department for all logistic arrangements and coordination works on matters pertaining to the planning, organizing administering, tracking and monitoring of postgraduate residency programs. You may also be assigned other ad-hoc duties as required by the department.
The Requirements
· Minimum “O” or “A” Level qualifications with credit in English and Maths
· Minimum 1 year of working experience
· Candidates with clerical and administrative working experience will be an advantage
· Fresh diploma holder will also be considered
· Able to work independently, meticulously and possess strong organisation and planning skills
· Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
