The Challenges - Be a key member to driver the HRIS project and contribute to the smooth implementation of the HRIS system to completion
- Develop Project implementation plan that includes delivery milestones, work plans and communication efforts to build commitment to the project vision
- Be a change manager who works closely with external consultants to lead and manage the change process through understanding and resolving key concerns
- Responsible for the preparation of manpower statistical reports
The Requirements You should possess a Degree or the equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in HRIS work. You should: - Be able to work independently and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Be energetic, motivated, proactive and optimistic about challenges. - A confident person with passion and drive to excel in the healthcare sector
