Executive, Executive Office, Graduate Medical Education The Challenge You are to provide secretarial and admin support for NHG Institutional Representatives and Program Directors in coordination and provision of residency training for postgraduates. You will be involved in the preparation of annual postgraduate examinations, test and examination-related preparatory course and you are required to liaise with JCST, NUS Division of Graduate Medical Studies and other institutions. You may also be assigned other ad-hoc duties as required by the department. The Requirements - Minimum Degree in Nursing / Health Care related field / Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Healthcare background would be an advantage
- Energetic, positive-minded individual who is meticulous and organized
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
