You will oversee the learning needs and development of nurses in NHG Polyclinics. Your role will include planning, designing, implementing and evaluating training programs. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating training, sponsorship, orientation, and competency assessments as well as tracking the training records of nurses. You will be required to conduct training when needed. Job Requirements • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board • Bachelor Degree in Nursing and Post-graduate Diploma in Higher Education • At least 2 years of experience in conducting training and developing curriculum is essential • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Pro-active, self-motivated and a change agent for developing nurses
