We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the positions of Nurse Managers to move with us on an exciting and challenging journey to transform primary care.
You will provide leadership at the clinic level and are expected to lead a team of nurses in providing quality care to patients. You will be responsible for the efficient delivery of services and patient care through regular review of processes and training and development of nurses. Together with other healthcare professionals, you will also be expected to plan and organise health-promoting activities for the public through active community outreach programmes. Requirements· Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board · A Bachelor Degree in Nursing · At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Manager or 5 years as a Senior Staff Nurse · An effective change agent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
