The Challenges
You will be responsible to:
· Maintaining complete and systematic records relating to employees’ pay and must be thoroughly conversant with the relevant statutes and payroll regulations.
· Responsible for the preparation and filing of necessary employee tax documents and reports with the appropriate government authorities.
· Analyze reasons for variation in manpower expense for monthly & ad-hoc reporting
· Liaise with internal & external auditors on payroll matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Accountancy. Diploma-holders in Accountancy with payroll experience may also apply.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Finance Department with some experience in large-scale payroll system preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Supervisory experience preferred
