RESEARCH QA AUDITOR/EXECUTIVE
The Institute of Mental Health Singapore seeks to hire a Research Quality Assurance (QA) Manager/ Asst. Manager who will perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process in accordance with ICH GCP and institutional SOPs of all ongoing research projects in the Institution.
The Challenges:
§ Plays a leading role in managing monitoring activities for research studies
§ Works closely with study teams to resolve site issues, develops written corrective action plans and assist in determining impact of non-compliance on study objectives.
§ Ensures compliance to all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
§ Works with sites in preparation for regulatory inspections by conducting training and remedial training for non-compliant sites.
§ Works with minimal supervision and follows established procedures.
§ Assists in the development, implementation and updating of SOPs as well as conducts training programs.
§ Provides trial status tracking and progress reports as required by the Research Director
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
§ Degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy or equivalent
§ At least 2 years experience as a CRA with full on site monitoring experience with a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or CRO company.
§ Basic medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology preferred
Personal Skills & Attributes:
§ Strong oral & written communication skills and ability to multi-task
§ Good team player with strong organizational ability and interpersonal skills
§ Strong attention to details.
Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
