We are now seeking for a highly motivated and competent individual who share our vision of “Adding years of healthy life to the people of Singapore" to join us as: ASSISTANT / FACILITY MANAGER (NHG POLYCLINICS) You will operate on strategic-tactical and operational aspects, and prepare the budget for facilities management. You will co-ordinate and oversee the safe, secure, and environmentally-sound operations and maintenance of these assets in a cost-effective manner, aimed at long-term preservation of the asset value. You will integrate part of a co-ordinated and controlled process of design, engineering, construction and operations. You will prepare annual recommendations for capital improvements in the areas covered by your scope of responsibilities for the management’s approval, and perform regular audit on Service Partners performance.
