ASSISTANT / FACILITY MANAGER (NHG POLYCLINICS)

You will operate on strategic-tactical and operational aspects, and prepare the budget for facilities management. You will co-ordinate and oversee the safe, secure, and environmentally-sound operations and maintenance of these assets in a cost-effective manner, aimed at long-term preservation of the asset value. You will integrate part of a co-ordinated and controlled process of design, engineering, construction and operations. You will prepare annual recommendations for capital improvements in the areas covered by your scope of responsibilities for the management’s approval, and perform regular audit on Service Partners performance.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Building Management/Facilities Management or its equivalent

·         At least 7 to 10 years of working experience in a similar role

·         Good technical skillset in a facility management function

·         Working knowledge in M&E Plant and Equipment operations will be an advantage

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
