EXECUTIVE, OPERATIONS SUPPORT SERVICES (NHG POLYCLINICS)
You will provide planning and execution support to projects including resources management. You will ensure that contractors comply with procedures, standard guidelines, and regulations, and the smooth operations and proper preventive maintenance of M&E works and Building Servicing. You will oversee the project management for improvement works, retrofitting and upgrading of equipments, and assist in Fire Safety related matters.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Building Management/Facilities Management or its equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role
• Good technical skillset in Building and M&E Servicing
• Working knowledge in M&E Plant and Equipment operations will be an advantage
