The Challenges You will be responsible for providing vocational and social support for our Job Club clients so as to facilitate their readiness to work and to expand their employment and training opportunities. You will conduct psycho-social and vocational assessments and counseling to assess the clients’ readiness for employment. You will also conduct educational seminars or group training on employment issues. The Requirements - Master / Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Counselling / Family Therapy
- At least 3 years of experience in Social Work or Counselling / Family Therapy
- Those with experience in addiction/mental health services or programmes will be preferred
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
For those who are applying for the position of Senior Medical Social Worker, you should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
