Executive, Corporate Planning The Challenges We are looking for a positive, energetic individual who is keen to develop a career in healthcare management. You will collaborate with NHG Institutions to align NHG’s strategy, people, processes and technology to achieve NHG’s vision. You will achieve this through organizing NHG’s annual corporate strategy retreat. You must be able to learn new things quickly, meet tight deadlines and manage ambiguity. You will need to work closely with senior management and Board to maximize corporate performance. Specific duties will include: · Assist in strategy reviews and helping to drive the strategic planning process · Facilitate change · Drive Balanced Scorecard · Write management reports · Take minutes of meetings · Coordinate with multiple divisions with people across all levels · Manage logistical and administrative tasks · Assist in drawing up departmental budget The Requirements · Must possess a relevant and good Bachelor Degree · Minimum 2-3 years of working experience (Fresh graduates with excellent academic results and CCA participation would be considered) · Proficiency in MS Office applications is required · Excellent writing and communication skills in English · Ability to think and work independently as well as meticulous in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision · Team player, skilful in handling interpersonal relations
