The Challenges

You will be responsible for making social visits, conducting interviews with patients and their significant others as well as assisting them in identifying and resolving their personal, social and emotional problems. You are also expected to liaise with government departments and social service organisations to mobilise internal and external social resources to meet patients' needs.

The Requirements

• Degree in social work with a few years of experience
• Preferably registered social workers with the SASW 
• Possess skills and knowledge in counselling, group work and training
• Work well in a multi-disciplinary environment
