The Challenges

As a member of the Contact Centre, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, promoting hospital services, handling enquires and feedback. You will also be involved in supporting service operations in a fast-paced environment and deployment to improve customers' experience with the hospital.
 

The Requirements

 
·         Minimum 'N' level, diploma holders are welcome to apply
·        Call centre background is an added advantage
·        Computer literate and good typing skills
·         Good telephone / face-to-face communication skills and etiquette
·         Pleasant personality and passion for service excellence
