The Challenges
As a member of the Contact Centre, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, promoting hospital services, handling enquires and feedback. You will also be involved in supporting service operations in a fast-paced environment and deployment to improve customers' experience with the hospital.
The Requirements
·Minimum 'N' level, diploma holders are welcome to apply ·Call centre background is an added advantage ·Computer literate and good typing skills ·Good telephone / face-to-face communication skills and etiquette ·Pleasant personality and passion for service excellence
