The Challenges

You will be responsible for the engineering maintenance of the Buildings, M&E services and equipment, assist in supervising the preventive maintenance of the buildings, improvement works and breakdown repairs carried out by the specialised contractors and also assisting in the commissioning, condemnation and modification of new facilities and equipment. 

The Requirements 

·         Diploma in Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering / Higher NITEC / NITEC

·         Those who have working experience in a Facilities Control Centre Helpdesk or Fault Report Centre have an added advantage

·         Reasonably good oral and written English language is required

·         Hands-on individual, ability to handle multi-tasks, work independently and under pressure

·         Must be willing to perform shift duties
