The Challenges

You will be part of a dynamic in-house team, responsible for the operation, maintenance, improvement and replacement works of the Building, M&E services and equipment. You will also need to implement and manage renovation and other A&A projects and ensure operational effectiveness in terms of cost, time and quality. You will set and review targets and operational guidelines as part of the management support team to streamline work procedures and conduct internal quality audits on the processes to ensure compliance to IQEHS and JCI Accreditation. 

The Requirements

·         Bachelor degree with 8 years of relevant experience or Diploma with 20 years of relevant experience of which at least 10 years should be in similar capacity

·         Those with LEW, FSM or MOM Certificate will have an added advantage

·         Strong analytical and leadership skills

·         Technically inclined and able to drive the team towards achieving targets and set goals

·         Results-oriented and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)

·         Highly motivated individual with hands-on mentality
