We are seeking creative, dynamic and talented top university graduates to join our Management Trainee Programme and have the opportunity to contribute to and shape Singapore’s tourism industry. You will also be given the chance to develop your talent and discover new passions. Management Trainees will undergo a 12-month training programme covering a compulsory attachment to our Singapore Visitor Centres and deployments to two different divisions.

You should be a graduate from an established university with a minimum 2^nd Class Upper Honours or equivalent with excellent academic and CCA track record with less than 6 months formal work experience. You must be mission & vision focused, customer oriented, proactive, relentless, knowledge driven, enterprising, have excellent teamwork and geared in finding passion and putting fun in every task. Having proficiency in a third language will be an advantage.
