You will provide administrative and operational support for the Division such as making travel arrangements, updating information on the intranet, managing purchase orders, consolidating approval papers, ordering of corporate gifts, stationery and other supplies. You will manage logistical arrangements to facilitate and coordinate meetings, interviews and corporate visits. You will also be required to take minutes/notes of meetings and to conduct basic information research on market segments and tourism trends.

 

You should have an A-Level certificate or a polytechnic diploma with at least 4 years of working experience. Candidates with good secretarial and computer skills will be preferred. You should be a good team player with strong administration, and coordination skills.
