You are responsible for developing a holistic healthcare visitor experience so as to strengthen Singapore's position as Asia's medical leading hub. You will work with heathcare providers and relevant government agencies to strengthen Singapore's position as Asia's leading medical hub and promote Singapore as a world-class destination for advanced patient care. In your role, you will formulate effective strategies and plans for selected markets, raise the level of overseas marketing activities of healthcare providers, develop new healthcare packages and referral channels of healthcare providers and grow specific channels for the customer segment. You will facilitate healthcare providers in providing and enhancing foreign patient-centric services and products as well as and work with the regional offices and key industry stakeholders to develop the industry and implement the programmes. You will also work with industry partners to raise standards through training and benchmarking for quality healthcare services.

You should have a degree from a recognised university with at least 3 years of experience in cluster development, investment promotion, market development or marketing in the healthcare industry or related fields. You should also have experience in executing A&P initiatives, branding and communications. Having knowledge of customer account management, project management and the local and international healthcare scene is advantageous. You should possess a strategic mindset, be a good negotiator with effective communication and presentation skills.
