You will provide key support to the Planning & Infrastructure Development team.  This includes developing regular management reports, tracking of BTMICE Group performance indicators and Group budget.  You will support in managing the Group’s systems and processes such as project pipeline system and knowledge management.  The job scope also includes conducting market research on competitors and industry trends in the BTMICE industry. 

You should have a local polytechnic diploma with at least 2 years relevant working experience.  You should be meticulous, and have good written and spoken communication skills. Excel and Microsoft Office skills are required.  You should also be a good team player with good interpersonal skills.
