Responsibilities:

• Capacity planning, expansion, documentation and maintanace of existing SingNet Systems like Email, Web, DNS, storage services.
• Creating high-level architecture design and detailed technical design to meet product specifications. He will design, implement and integrate new components and infrastructure in the solutions while ensuring compliance to standards and best practices.
• Leading or being part of multi-team projects. He will research on issues, contact vendors, and use specialized skills in problem remediation.
• Supporting customer-facing and operational units on pre-sales and post-sales issues.
• Providing technical advices and fault resolution/trouble-shooting support during fault escalation.

Requirements:

• Good Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Engineering. 
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the systems development area, web development area and at least 1 year in project management capacity.
• Relevant IT skills and systems and business knowledge to perform job and attain results.
• Possess good leadership, effective project management and negotiation skills. 
• Candidate must also be innovative, customer-focused and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Systems skills and Internet knowledge (eg. Linus/UNIX, DNS, SMTP, POP, RADIUS, DHCP etc).
• Possess knowledge in Application development skills (eg. PERL, shell scripting, Python, AJAX, XML/Web Services, Portlets, etc) and Content Management Systems (CMS) (eg. Drupal, Liferay etc).
• Familiar with design of High Availability and resiliency System Architecture and Web Portal Architecture.
• Candidates possessing ITIL or PMP certification would be an added advantage.
