Responsibilities: - To assist HR Managers in recruitment which includes job postings, short listing of candidates, schedule interviews; prepare letters of appointment and pre-employment formalities, application of work passes, etc.
- To update staff records in our HR System.
- CDC collation.
- Credit Card/Corporate Club membership administration.
- Staff cost tracking and reporting.
- Budget tracking.
- To liaise with employment agencies.
- To assist in other HR administrative functions and any other duties as assigned.
Requirements: A Level/Diploma in HR or related field. Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and under pressure. Initiative with good command of English. Good working knowledge of MS Office.
