Responsibilities:

  • To assist HR Managers in recruitment which includes job postings, short listing of candidates, schedule interviews; prepare letters of appointment and pre-employment formalities, application of work passes, etc.
  • To update staff records in our HR System.
  • CDC collation.
  • Credit Card/Corporate Club membership administration.
  • Staff cost tracking and reporting.
  • Budget tracking.
  • To liaise with employment agencies.
  • To assist in other HR administrative functions and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A Level/Diploma in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Initiative with good command of English.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
