This position will be based in China SingTel Global Office. Responsibilities: - Work with China telco providers to reduce OLLC cost.
- Manage end to end process from OLLC engagement to provisioning and settlement.
- Manage OLLC price requests from Sales, obtain and negotiate OLLC prices with local providers and revert.
- Develop/implement action plans to reduce OLLC cost and meet OLLC $/Mbps.
- Monitor, analyze and provide variance explanation for monthly figures.
- Perform ordering function.
- Serve as point of escalation for issues relating to pricing, delivery and fault resolution systems.
Requirements: - A recognized degree with at least 2 years of working experience.
- Sound analytical skills on large database and negotiation skills to achieve cost effectiveness.
- Good knowledge about transfer pricing and OLLC in telcommunication industry will be advantageous.
