Responsibilities:

•  Analysis, Development, Testing
• Analyzing business requirements to find the most appropriate method for incorporating them.
• Participate in any new developments or enhancements, including documentation.
• Unit / system / regression / performance testing those requirements.
• Working with the business representatives during the UAT stage.
• Supporting the implementation of each new code release
• Communication
• Must be able to communicate effectively with other development team members, other project members, other managers and users.
• Must be able to participate in technical discussions within the development team, communicating any issues that have a project-wide scope to the necessary level.
• Must be able to participate in a culture of "knowledge sharing" within the development team.

• Must be self-motivated, setting a high level of professionalism and excellence.

• Should have a good appreciation of the software quality lifecycle, with emphasis on the importance of the testing stages.
• Must be able to maintain the project standards and ensure that they are adhered to, as well as proactively trying to add to these standards whenever possible.
• Overall should be confident, enthusiastic and proactive.

Requirements:

• Good programming skills in C/C++, Perl/Unix Scripting and Oracle SQL.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience but fresh graduates would be considered.
• Experience in software and application development with analysis and design work would be an advantage.
• Proactive, resourceful and self-motivated with strong analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
• Require to provide after office hours support.
