Responsibilities: Performs day-to-day financial transactions such as payments processing, book keeping to ensure that the account books are maintained in effective, up to date and accurate manner. Monitors and manages overall accounting functions in accordance with the standard of group policy such as updating the group of authorized signatories, bank reconciliation, etc. Review monthly financial statements for overall reasonableness and provide credible and timely analysis of expenses, budgets, financial reports and financial trends to Country Director and HQ. Monitors and manages monthly operating expenses such as staff expenses, utilities, rentals, payments. Responsible for daily office administration such as procurement of office equipment, stationery, maintaining effective filing system, etc. Assist in HR administration such as monitoring of leave, processing payroll, payment of social security funds to the authority, etc. Responsible for liaising with relevant authorities (such as tax authorities) to ensure statutory compliance obligations. Ensures high standard of general secretarial services including arranging appointment, ticket, hotel & accommodation reservation, attend the meeting, keeping boss’s diary up to date. Assist in other ad hoc projects.
Requirements: Possess a Diploma, with 3-5 years of experience in finance and office administration. Meticulous and good analytical skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good command of English. To be based in Bangkok.
