Responsibilities: This is a role which requires you to partner with line business heads/managers to take a proactive and consultative approach in key areas such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, review and implementation of HR strategies, change management, as well as other HR related projects as they arise. In addition, you will play the role of a HR consultant by providing an independent viewpoint regarding all aspects of organizations structure, management systems and in the management of staff. You will also be involved in budget planning and keep track of staff cost budgets while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of manpower by statistical analyses. Requirements: Degree in HR or related field. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in HR. An energetic and self motivator with a positive and mature disposition. Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Analytical and able to work comfortably with numbers. A HR Generalist with strong recruitment skill/experience. A high achiever who works well under pressure. Being Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint will be an advantage.
