Responsibilities:

  • To ensure online advertising sales team targets are met.
  • To identify potential new clients and developing new accounts.
  • To be able to negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals.
  • To ensure revenue and profit targets are met.
  • To ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction levels with every Customer engagement.
  • Understand customer's businesses, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization.
  • Implement and monitor daily work schedules and sales reports.
  • Prepare and conduct high impact sales presentations.
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions to address business opportunities.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Business or any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing sales team with proven sales track record.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in online advertising sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Possess analytical, planning and decision-making skills.
  • Dynamic and out-going.
  • Responsible, meticulous, motivated and independent.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office to prepare sales presentation, quotation and proposal.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Be a role model in displaying initiative, professionalism and compnay core values.
  • Candidates with proven people management skills will have an added advantage.
  • Experience in online directory advertising will be an advantage.
