Handle call enquiries from guests in a Contact Centre; follow up on call enquiries and resolve issues in a timely fashion; maintain guest satisfaction and ensure call courtesy by meeting required service levels. Responsibilities - Pleasant voice with good telephone skills and problem solving ability
- Some experience in customer service preferred
- Part-timers should be able to work 5 days a week, including weekends from 9am to 6.30pm
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
- Bilingual in English / Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking guests. Ability to speak dialects will be an advantage
