Admission, Supervisor/ Lead/ Host

Interacting with guest including greeting, answering queries & providing information about Sentosa. Providing world class Guest experience including situations that may require problem solving and crowd control. Assist in operational requirements in the day-to-day running of the Admission points. Cashiering / Islander membership application / Group Arrival processing. Provide Administrative support.

Requirements :

  • Minimum GCE 'N' level and above
  • Positive, cheerful and courteous disposition with strong command of English
  • Computer literate
  • Basic knowledge of cashiering system is an advantage
  • Able to work on rotating shifts; weekdays, weekends and public holidays
  • Training will be provided
  • Candidates with supervisory experience will be considered for the more senior positions
