Interacting with guest including greeting, answering queries & providing information about Sentosa. Providing world class Guest experience including situations that may require problem solving and crowd control. Assist in operational requirements in the day-to-day running of the Admission points. Cashiering / Islander membership application / Group Arrival processing. Provide Administrative support.
Requirements : - Minimum GCE 'N' level and above
- Positive, cheerful and courteous disposition with strong command of English
- Computer literate
- Basic knowledge of cashiering system is an advantage
- Able to work on rotating shifts; weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Training will be provided
- Candidates with supervisory experience will be considered for the more senior positions
