You will manage the full spectrum of HR functions of assigned Business Divisions. Working closely with the Division/ Department Heads, you are required to optimise Business performance through identifying opportunities, developing and delivering effective HR processes and activities. To succeed in this role, you need to have strong business acumen and act as an internal advisor to the line management to ensure effective delivery of people solutions to achieve business objectives. Experience in the Hospitality or Tourism environment would be an advantage. Requirements: - Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 6 years or relevant experience as a generalist HR, with preferably 2 years in managerial position
- Exposure to HRIS or those with hands-on experience with HRIS application(s) will have an added advantage
- Good working knowledge of payroll is essential
- Experience in handling industrial relations matters
- Well-versed in Singapore statutory regulations
- A leader and team player, self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, innovative and analytical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and handle diverse issues in a fast paced and dynamic environment
