Assist in monitoring project costs and be required to report periodically to the Director, Property.  You will be responsible for tenders, pre-contract and post contract administration of simultaneous project contracts.  Key responsibilities include develope, review and monitor the compliance of the tenders & contracts procurement and documents, in line with the industry's best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree trained in building or quantity surveyor or equivalent
• Good working knowledge in construction law
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in consultancy firms
• Possess good inter-personal skills; a disciplined and committed approach to the project goals and deliverables with a positive attitude
