Executive, Human Resource

You will support the HR Manager in a full spectrum of human resource functions. Your main duties include, but not limited to: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations, and HR Administration.  Working in a fast paced environment, you need to engage line managers / supervisors, advising and guiding employees in human resources matters so as to render the necessary support to achieve operational excellence.

 

Requirements

·        Diploma in Human Resources with minimum 5 years HR experience

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Resourceful, able to multi-task and work under pressure

·        Possess a sense of urgency

·        Meticulous and well-organised

·        Results-oriented

·        Strong in MS Office applications

·        Work experience in service industry is preferred
