Assist to carry out market research/feasibility studies in order to market the island's real estate. Provide assistance to existing/new island partners. Administer and manage lease agreements. Liaise with government agencies. Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or Building
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in leasing, dealing with relevant government authorities and tenancy management
- Good analytical as well as presentation and communication skills
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- IT savvy with expertise in Excel
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
