Experience in leading, training and managing Food Service Crew to deliver excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient food & beverage operations. - At least GCE O level / SPM qualification is preferred
- 2 - 5 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality or catering industry especially in food and beverage is advantageous.
- Good customer service
- Good conversational skills in English and a second language
- Able to work weekends and public holidays on rotating shifts
