Guest Service Officer (Receptionist) - 5 months Contract

You will be part of a fun, dynamic and energetic contact centre team providing excellent service to guests through your strong customer-focused mindset, positive attitude, ability to empathize and a genuine concern to assist guests. You are self-motivated, possess initiative and you have good problem-solving skills.  Your responsibilities include:

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Attend to all walk-in visitors in a professional manner 
  • Receive all inbound calls and ensure all calls including transfers calls are answered promptly
  • Receive, open and time stamp all in-bound mails and ensure all mails are properly disseminated and recorded before sending to the relevant departments 
  • Timely and accurate update of telephone directory
  • Adhoc administrative duties

Requirements:

 

  • O'Levels / Diploma
  • At least 2 years of receptionist/frontline customer service experience preferred
  • Good job history
  • Positive working attitude and independent
  • Possess a pleasant disposition and courteous
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills
  • Able to start work within a short notice period 
  • Only Singaporeans and Singapore PR need apply
