LOT provides for the local attachment and training of eligible participants with leading corporations (Training Partners) in selected fields. Participants will be able gain valuable experiential knowledge through on-the-job training and work on company-based projects.

The following LOT programmes are now open to university, polytechnic and NITEC graduates who are Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.
